Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Store. Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Governing law

For purchases made by consumers in New Zealand, these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
